If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition in which it was received
- In its original packaging
Please note that returns requested after 7 days from delivery may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene and customization reasons.
These include:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry
- Engagement rings made to order
- Items purchased on sale or promotion
- Gift cards
These items are final sale.

- Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within several business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the situation and offer a replacement or appropriate solution.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
If you wish to exchange a piece, please contact us and we will assist you with the process.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
